Sensitivities & Intolerances
Some adverse food reactions can cause bowel problems
associated with the poor absorption of nutrients
like lactose or fructose. Other intolerances to
the chemicals in food may also be the cause of itchy
skin and rashes, nasal congestion, headaches and
migraines, aching muscles and tiredness, poor concentration,
depression and hyperactivity.
Alexander Dietetics can guide you though the elimination
from your eating pattern of certain nutrients like
fructose or food chemicals like salicylates or amines.
